By using Peakime, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Users under 17 require parental consent.
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all content (stories, art, drafts) you create and upload. You grant Peakime a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your content on the platform only.
All purchases of digital goods (Coins, Power Stones, chapter unlocks) and subscriptions (PeakPass) are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime via your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions).
You agree not to post CSAM, hate speech, plagiarised content, or engage in harassment, fraud, or platform manipulation. Violations result in account termination.
You can delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account. A 90-day recovery window applies before permanent data erasure.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Account identity (name, email, username), profile data, creator content, telemetry, and security logs. For payments, we use Apple/Google IAP (digital goods) and Cashfree Payments (physical goods, PCI-DSS Level 1). We never store raw credit card numbers.
We do NOT use your private drafts, unpublished manuscripts, or private art canvases to train any AI models without your explicit opt-in consent. Your unpublished IP is strictly firewalled.
You have the right to access, correct, export (JSON/ZIP), and delete your personal data. Exercise rights at privacy@peakime.com. Response within 30 days.
Delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account. A 90-day recovery window applies. After 90 days, all personal data is permanently purged. Compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and India DPDPA 2023.
