This document establishes the binding governance, rights, and responsibilities within the Peakime platform universe and its parent entity.
Corporate Charter & Identity
1.1 Entity Identity
PeakCraft Studios Private Limited (the 'Company') is incorporated under the laws of India, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), with its registered office in Andhra Pradesh.
The Company operates the 'Peakime' ecosystem, including but not limited to Peakime Novels, PeakArt, Peakime Store, Peakime Community, and future OTT/Studio divisions.
This section establishes the legal parentage for all FANOA and Peakime initiatives.
1.2 Ecosystem Purpose
To enable publication, discovery, and monetization of original creative works.
To facilitate collaboration between writers, artists, and production studios.
To convert creative works into structured Intellectual Property (IP) assets with measurable commercial value.
To provide transparent and sustainable revenue participation for creators.
1.3 Hybrid Platform Objective
Peakime operates as a technology platform (hosting, discovery, tools) and a creative IP development house (studio/publisher).
FANOA is NOT a crowdfunding platform, an investment offering, or a fan-owned equity pool.
Support features are optional, non-equity contributions. Primary funding comes from Company capital and commercial revenue.
Creator Submission Agreement
6.1 Baseline License
By uploading content, Creators grant Peakime a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote the work digitally.
This license does NOT transfer copyright ownership or grant automatic adaptation rights.
Adaptation rights for comics, animation, or merchandise require a separate, explicit signed contract.
6.2 Creator Warranties
Creators promise the work is original, not plagiarized, and not primarily AI-generated text passed as original.
Work must not violate local or international laws (hate speech, exploitation, etc.).
Violations result in account termination and legal recourse.
Revenue & Payout Policy
5.2 Allocation Formula (50/20/20/10)
50% to the Original Creator.
20% to the Artwork/Manhua/Comic development fund.
20% to the Anime & Media Production Fund.
10% to Platform Operations (infrastructure, legal, compliance).
5.3 Performance-Based Payouts
Peakime may provide payouts based on metrics: reads, ratings, retention, and editorial scores.
These payouts are independent of fan support and are funded by company revenue/investors.
Aims to ensure sustainability for high-quality creators even without direct tips.
